His expertise spans a wide range of services, including real estate portfolio optimization, facilities management, workplace strategy, health & safety compliance, and technology integration, all tailored to the unique needs of mission-driven organizations.
Prior to launching CREWS for Causes, Caleb held senior leadership positions in globally recognized companies, including Anuvu, where he served as Senior Director, Global Real Estate & Workspace Operations. His career includes leading complex real estate and workplace initiatives, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and guiding organizations through critical transitions such as office relocations, service contract negotiations, and even navigating health & safety protocols during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Caleb’s experience also includes a tenure at Jones Lang LaSalle on the Google account, where he managed their Venice, CA facilities, and Universal Music Group, where he played a pivotal role in managing their satellite offices, creating employee engagement programs and multiple build out & relocation projects.
At CREWS for Causes, Caleb leverages this extensive corporate experience to provide expert consulting services to non-profits, helping them optimize their real estate and workplace environments while working within their financial constraints.
